A system that knows your career, finds the right people, and helps you reach them.
Get startedYou're great at what you do. Composing, scoring, creating. That's your thing. But finding work? That's a completely different skill. And it feels terrible.
You know you should be reaching out to directors, producers, music supervisors. But you don't know what to say. So you either send something generic and get ignored, or you just... don't send anything at all.
The system researches who you want to reach. Then it cross-references your career with theirs. Shared projects. Mutual contacts. Overlapping credits you didn't even know about. That's what makes your outreach feel personal and real. Because it is.
Not robot emails. Not AI slop. You get a structure that helps your outreach sound like you wrote it. The kind of email someone actually responds to.
Everything is organized. Who you emailed, when, what happened, when to follow up. You always know where you stand.
No subscription. No monthly fee. You pay once, it's yours. Use it as long as you want.
Most people send three to five outreach emails a day. On a good day. That's maybe 100 emails in a month if you really push it.
With this system, you can send up to 30 per day. That's the recommended limit to keep your emails out of spam folders.
30 emails a day, 20 workdays a month. That's 600 people you reach every month.
The average cold email reply rate is about 5%. That means roughly 30 replies per month. People who are actually interested in working with you.
Over a year, that's 360 replies.
With that many conversations starting, it would be strange if nothing came out of it.
You tell me about your career, your credits, and who you want to reach.
Takes 5 to 10 business days. Built around everything you told me.
We set it up together on your computer. You're ready to go.
Two calls. One assistant. Done.
I'm Alex Pfeffer, a music composer from Hamburg, Germany with over 20 years in media music. My work spans film trailers, AAA video games, and 60+ TV shows worldwide. I studied at the Los Angeles College of Music and went on to work with Two Steps from Hell, Epic Score, Liquid Cinema, Gothic Storm, and Position Music. My music has been in trailers for Pacific Rim, Sherlock Holmes, and Harry Potter.
In games, my credits include CHORUS, Company of Heroes 3, Crysis 2, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe, ANNO 1404, and many more. I've collaborated with Mick Gordon, Trevor Morris, and Frank Peterson.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed a pattern. The composers who thrived long term were not the most talented. They were the most systematic. They had reliable client pipelines, efficient processes, and clear positioning.
I started building these systems for my own career, then for other composers through my Audio Artist Academy and Audio Artist Rise programs. Then I realized the principles were universal. Any creative business could benefit from systematic thinking about growth.
Today I work at the intersection of creativity and systems. I still compose. I still mentor composers. But increasingly, I'm applying the same precision that goes into writing a film score to growth engineering: building repeatable, measurable systems that help creative businesses scale.
"It's amazing to see this system reach a 5% reply rate from cold emails. Each message was automatically personalized for its recipient."Ozan T., Composer
"I honestly can't recommend Alex enough. He played a huge role in helping me land my first job in music composition and sound design. Even now, a year later, the people who hired me still talk about how impressed they were with how my portfolio looked and sounded. That's 100% thanks to everything I learned from him."Robert R., Composer
"I've been working with Alex for about two months and after a month of working with him, I already found my highest paying gig I've ever had in my life."Pablo del Pino, Music Composer
"Alex showed me the exact steps to take. After sending a few emails, I literally got a reply within two minutes and got my first paid gig in the video game industry."Jesse Heslinga, Music Composer
"Before I joined I had no experience working with publishers. Now I'm working with 3 within the space of about 4 months. That includes releasing a full album and contributing to 2 others."Josh Doherty, Music Composer
"After just three months with Alex I'm working with a client now and feel this is the start of something really great. A whole new approach and mindset was needed and Alex has helped tremendously with that."Gavin Nellist, Music Composer
"I learned more in a month than I had probably learned in a year searching stuff on my own. Within one month I had direct contact to at least 2 major companies in the trailer music business."Leandro Bastos, Trailer Music Composer
"Alex's guidance made a real difference in my career as a music composer. Always there with the right advice at the right time. I've grown so much thanks to his support."Ruben Contreras, Music Composer
